Twenty years ago Allison received her law degree and began a family law practice with an emphasis on divorce mediation. One of the early pioneers in the field of divorce mediation, she committed her high energy and passion toward building the mediation profession at the local and national levels. No longer practicing law, Allison is now one of the most successful and respected divorce mediators in the State of Arizona.
Allison has broadened her practice to include personal/life coaching, business and divorce coaching. Her years of training and experience working with people in transition, managing conflict, facilitating communication and nurturing people through crisis as well as her own continuing pursuit of personal growth endow her with unique insights into assisting people to meet their personal and professional desires for change and growth. Continuing her education to be the best she can be, Allison is currently enrolled in an intense coaching program through Coach University and will eventually achieve the designation of Certified Master Coach. Allison is a member of the Greater Phoenix Coaches Alliance and the International Coaching Federation. Walking the talk, she also has her own coach.

Allison, the Person 
I am a high energy, enthusiastic, upbeat person who has raised three children, indulges four grandchildren and has a high sense of adventure and making her life count.
For most of my children's growing-up years, I had the luxury of being a full-time mom. Looking ahead at the age of 39 and wanting a challenging and rewarding career after my children were grown, I decided to pursue a law degree. Three years later I found myself divorced with little financial reserve and beginning my own law/mediation practice in a city where I knew no one. It wasn't easy. But the years of struggling and juggling are far behind me, my heart is light and I feel my life is well-balanced and satisfying.
My love of travel and adventure has taken me (and will continue to take me) to many exotic places around the world. Although I have many interests, my passion for nature photography brings me the most profound joy as it allows me to access an intimate window to the world that is always astonishing. Photography, whether wild animals, beautiful natural locations, flowers or insects in my backyard, or the people of another culture, provides me with a sense of connection to all living things, grounds me in the moment, and brings me cherished serenity.
