GETTING STARTED
We begin the coaching process by getting to know one another, getting very clear on what you want from the coaching process and what is really in your way right now. We may use some assessment tools to help you discover this very quickly.
Most coaching is done over the phone and the calls usually last from thirty to forty minutes. Certainly they can be longer but you will be amazed at how "laser" the session will be if you are prepared. I suggest regular appointments three to four times a month in order to create the momentum and continuity for any goal or skill development but we also can work together to design an optional arrangement if this doesn't work for you. There are often assignments and a myriad of resources, tools and programs to work with which address almost any area on which you wish to focus. There is also email support between appointments.
A three month commitment is the most common arrangement. If you are not delighted with the coaching process, you are free to terminate the relationship immediately.
I expect you to come to the call mentally prepared and to have one or two things you wish to focus on. The goal is for you to leave the call in a better place than before the session, to feel energized and be willing and able to take some action.
